INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARING CONFERENCE PAPERS
Please use the Springer Verlag LNCS formatting style when preparing your submission - conference papers must strictly adhere to this style in order to be included into the proceedings.
There are two templates to choose from depending on the version of MS Word you are using: MS Word 2003 (+ earlier) and MS Word 2007.
After unpacking the zip archive, follow the instructions described in the file typeinst.doc(x). This file can be also directly used as a template for your paper - just replace its contents by the text of your paper.
The page limit is 15 pages.
PAPER SUBMISSION
Please submit your paper in .doc format via EasyChair. Make sure that your paper strictly adheres to LNCS formatting guidelines (see above). If you do not have an Easychair account, you need to set up one before logging to the system using the link above. After you log in to Easychair, click on New Submission in the top menu. To submit the paper, you need to fill-in the following details:- contact postal address and fax number
- author contact details
- title and abstract of the paper
- keywords (at least two)
- your paper in pdf format
- your paper in MS Word format (.doc or .docx)
REVIEW PROCESS
Your submission will be reviewed based on content and originality before being included into the conference proceedings. Based on the outcome of the review, you may be asked to submit a new version of your paper reflecting the required changes.REGISTRATION
Electronic registration form should be sent not later than April 30, 2012. The steering committee reserves the right of choosing the participants for the conference with respect to the accommodation capacity. The detailed program of the conference and other necessary information will be published on the website of the conference.

CONFERENCE FEE
Conference fee is 6 200 CZK. It includes proceedings costs, accommodation 29.8.-2.9.2012, full board 30.-31.8., breakfast 1.9.-2.9., welcome party and conference dinner. It is paid by bank transfer.
